Schröder rechnet auch bei Krankenversicherung mit falschen Zahlen
Erneut hat Kanzler Schröder die Unwahrheit gesagt. In der Sendung "Münchner Runde" behauptete Schröder am vergangenen Dienstag Abend: "Wir sind hergegangen und haben gesagt, die Krankenkassen sind hochgradig verschuldet, wir müssen das in Ordnung bringen. Und sie sind nicht mehr verschuldet."
Das ist falsch. Fakt ist: Die Verschuldung der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen lag laut Bundesgesundheitsministerium Anfang 2005 bei rund vier Milliarden Euro. Angesichts steigender Arzneimittelkosten ist ein Abbau der Verschuldung der Krankenkassen auch weiterhin nicht in Sicht.
Ähnlich wie zuletzt bei den Arbeitslosenzahlen versucht Schröder offensichtlich auch in der Gesundheitspolitik, das Versagen seiner Regierung durch Angabe falscher Zahlen bewusst zu kaschieren.

Die Aussage, dass ein Abbau der Verschuldung auch weiterhin nicht in Sicht ist, steht im Widerspruch zu den Aussagen des "Bundesministeriums für Gesundheit und Soziale Sicherung". dort heißt es:
- Durch die Gesundheitsreform erzielten die gesetzlichen Krankenkassen in 2004 einen Überschuss von rd. 4 Milliarden Euro. Das ist nach vielen Jahren mit Defiziten ein großer Erfolg.
- Die Verschuldung der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen konnte deutlich schneller als vom Gesetzgeber vorgegeben reduziert werden. Inzwischen sind mehr als 150 der der 261 Krankenkassen schuldenfrei. Somit sind rd. 60 Prozent aller Kassen schuldenfrei. Ende 2003 waren es 107 von 322 Kassen, also nur jede dritte.
